"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is a very good question. I said that according to the records that we have, there was no such a name. The name was not recorded anywhere. I said that if there is any evidence contrary to what I have given, I will challenge the Member to lay on the Table whatever he has for me to check and see whether it is, indeed, true that we lost Fatuma in the hands of the police. I also want to say that my police officers are doing a great job. They cannot, and I do not think they will ever, kill anybody just like that. There is no evidence, at all, to link the police to that particular matter."
