    "content": "Thank you so much, hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to make a few comments about the Uwezo Fund. It is a milestone and it has taken quite a lot of ideas and a lot of time for us to finally come up with the Uwezo Fund. We started off with the Youth Enterprise Development Fund and the Women Enterprise Development Fund. But finally, all this has been brought together so that we can have sufficient funds to run the affairs of women and youth in the constituencies and counties."
