    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I support this Bill because I realize that as we grew up, we were being told that our future was tomorrow. With the Uwezo Fund, the youth are going to have their future in their hands because we are going to empower them. They will access the funds. We know that a young person does not have any collateral to get a bank loan. But with this money, the Jubilee Government found it fit - in their dream as they campaigned - to give it out to the women and youth of Kenya so that they can access loans and actualize their dreams.
