    "content": "Yes, hon. Deputy Speaker. I would like to make a comment on Kshs6 billion. As Members of Parliament, we need to think of raising this initial Fund from Kshs6 billion to about Kshs12 billion. Next, is the issue of capacity building. We need to be very careful and also advise our youth on how to get into it. The other time, when we were dealing with YEDF, there were so many issues. There were concerns about who was doing what and a lot of money went in the wrong direction. However, I believe that with the participation of Members of Parliament in this one, we are going to do something good. Lastly, hon. Deputy Speaker, there is always this issue of supporting the youth up to when they are 35 years old but, thereafter, they are left un-attended. Many of them indulge in alcohol and engage in other bad habits. I propose - and I will be asking hon.
