    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. This is a good thing that has happened. However, I just want to point out that if you look at the amendments that were made - in my mind - they all actually tended to be a bit retrogressive and not in line with the spirit of the Constitution. The amendments removed the participation of the youth through the council. They removed the consultations with the Committee and the capacity building and so on going to the centre without the provision of equity. Despite all that, I think this is a great thing that has happened. Let me say this: A good thing can come out of a very bad thing. This is because, I think, this is probably the best thing that came out of the rigging of the elections, so that we did not go for a re-run."
