    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Speaker for giving me this opportunity to also talk to this Bill. From the outset, this is a very important Bill because it will collapse the seven statutes. It will be easier even for advocates to ventilate issues of marriages in courts. The Bill clearly defines the meaning of “marriage union” which is between a man and a woman voluntarily in a polygamous or monogamous marriages, but registrable marriages. So, from the outset, it is clear that we are not talking about the same sex marriages. We are not talking about child betrothals or forced marriages. So, it is a very progressive Bill. It protects families.
