    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me a chance to speak to this very important issue. I wish to thank the Leader of the Majority for raising this very fundamental issue. What is before the House is an issue that I believe the Kenyan people are equally concerned about just like the Members are. If you read the Oath of Office that was taken by the Judiciary; the judges of the High Court and the Judges of the Court of Appeal, it is very clear. I wish to refer to it because no judge of the High Court or the Court of Appeal is serving in that office without taking this Oath of Office."
