The members of the Judiciary, particularly the judges, are learned Kenyans who fully understand the Constitution and the laws of this country. I want to agree with my learned senior, hon. Olago and the Leader of Majority Party that what the Judiciary is purporting to do, in my considered view, is actually unconstitutional."
