    "content": "Hon. Speaker, this matter has come at the right time when we are doing our supplementary estimates. I would propose that we reduce the money we gave them from 32 per cent to 15 per cent, as required by the law. They will use it well and the Auditor- General will confirm that they have used that money well before we can give them more funds."
