    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I have said it before here and I will say it again, we are the representatives of the people. I campaigned for this Constitution, but even as we did so, we did it with the knowledge and acceptance that there was about 20 per cent which was not entirely correct. We said: “Let us pass it and we look at those matters after we pass it.” I think it is time for a sober, non-partisan national dialogue, so that we look at the issues that affect this country. If it goes on like this, we will not go anywhere. There is not going to be any progress. We are going to sit here in vain. Our work is going to be in vain. I want to repeat what my colleagues have said, as you engage with your colleagues on the other side, you engage with them, at the very worst, at parity. Nothing less, nothing more! What is happening here is not right. We are staring anarchy in the face. We are looking at the onset of entropy. Unfortunately, this is the most visible arm of the Government. When things do not work here, people will not throw barbs at the Judiciary, they will throw barbs at this House. It is our duty, collectively, without partisan considerations, to defend the right of this House to discharge its duties as provided for under our Constitution. Hon. Speaker, I seek your guidance."
