    "content": "I mean that law is still in our books and it has not been suspended. We have not amended it neither have we deleted it from our statute books. It is still there. So, when you do not hear both parties so that you can be told:- “By the way Judge, there are Sections 4 and 12 of the law which state as follows and which law was, in fact, passed and amended after 2010,” it is very sad. This is an amendment which was passed in 2012. So, it is in line with the Constitution. I get very surprised that anyone can issue an order because it emanates from a judge."
