We are entitled to fair administrative action in accordance with Article 50 of the Constitution. There is no way you can issue an order in which I have not been a party to it and you expect me to comply with it. You have even served me and even if you serve me and it is unconstitutional, you do not expect me to comply and uphold that particular law."
