    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to urge you that as you go to consider this matter, you should be very comfortable that the Constitution is your shield and defender in this matter. The Judiciary is subject to the Constitution in accordance with Article 161 of the Constitution, and they cannot purport to act as if there is no Constitution. I express solidarity with our sister House, the Senate, and urge them to know that if they back down in this matter, then there will be no limit as to how far the Judiciary will push us in the exercise of our legislative responsibilities."
