    "content": "The courts must exercise restraint to make sure that other arms of the Government also function. It must act in consultation as much as there is separation of powers. Consultation between the three arms of the Government is very important. As part of the implementation of the new Constitution, there are many gray areas that people have not yet understood how they are supposed to be done or implemented. That is why you are seeing many cases being filed at the Constitutional Court. They do this to seek the interpretation of the Constitution."
