    "content": "Hon. Members, before we adjourn, I want to make this point clear. As you all know, Article 10 of the Constitution talks about national values and principles of governance that allow every State officer, State organ, public officer and any other person to apply those principles whenever enacting laws, but more importantly in interpreting the Constitution. It is, therefore, not the exclusive domain of the Judiciary to interpret the Constitution in terms of Article 10. Therefore, hon. Members let me say that this is not an exercise in futility. As you have expressed yourselves, we will look for an opportunity to sit down and go through these contributions with the other two arms of Government. They must know the views coming from this House."
