    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, this Government is interestingly becoming one of national dialogue all the time. About the pay cuts, they were talking about a salary dialogue. For every small item, they call for dialogue. Security matters are very sensitive and you do not have to tell the villager and the national people to come and attend a national conference to be able to handle the national crisis that we face. Is the Senate Majority Leader really in order to tell us that the solution to our problem is actually a national delegates’ conference all the time? We are not at Bomas anymore!"
