    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, despite these reforms, we recognize that more needs to be done to further improve business environment and to improve Kenya’s rating of Doing Business index, thus positioning our country as the preferred investment destination. Indeed, I urge hon. Members to prioritize debate on some critical Bills such as the Companies Bill, the Insolvency Bill and the Partnership Bill currently before this House, which are aimed at strengthening our business environment."
