"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, while I sympathize with the sentiments expressed by my brother Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale, it would be very difficult for the Chair of the Committee on Agriculture, Land and Natural Resources to go and nullify title deeds in this country. What I would like to pose here is that the mechanisms we have for nullification of title deeds are quite wide. Right now, I have not enumerated all the channels that one needs to go through, including but not limited to substantiating and proof of the un-deservedness of any person having title deed to land in Kenya. I would like to state here that it is not just because so and so who was given a piece of land is an officer of Government and, therefore, it should be repossessed.
