    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir the Forex Bureau revised guidelines aimed at streamlining and strengthening corporate governance and financial position of the bureaus came into effect on 1st April, 2011. In addition, the guidelines have been reviewed to align them with the provisions of existing laws like the Proceeds of Crime and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2009, which came into operation on 29th June 2010."
