First, this Motion is very clear because it is urging the national Government to prepare a comprehensive programme where the elderly would be getting their dues or support from the national Government or any other quarter which will be accepted by the national policy. These people are not so many. In this country, the people who are 60 years and above are estimated to be about 1.2 million.
