    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I beg to second this amendment. I congratulate Sen. Khaniri for pointing out that housing elderly people is a very noble approach. Our African culture, network and social structure should be encouraged so that the elderly live among their families. They should be around other elderly people who will play the ball game with them and participate in church, mosque and school activities and reduce their isolation and loneliness that are associated with placing elderly people in homes which has a very negative impact on them."
