Muriuki in order to mislead this House by saying that if you have your national identity card whose purpose is to identify you as a Kenyan, what he is saying is that if you come from Nyandarua and you are living in Mombasa, you cannot be accommodated in Mombasa. Is he order to mislead and demean the national identity card to make it an unrecognizable document nationally?"
