    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to add my voice to this Motion. I strongly oppose this Motion with reasons. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the Government should have an alternative and more sustainable ways of helping senior citizens of this country, rather than having them confined in a centre, which is like discrimination to these Kenyan citizens.
