    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I also rise to support this Motion that was brought to the Floor by Sen. Lesan. I agree that he must have done some research. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, what is very important is to develop a very good policy. This is because different homes have different views. There are those who would like to be put in a particular place for them to have good care and there are those who would not like to move out of their families.
