I saw him near the Media Center; he is very busy; I think he is very busy. He wants to further amend the Constitution; I wish him well; it is a very difficult task. Hon. Speaker, on behalf of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, I beg to lay the following Paper on the table of the House today, Wednesday 19th March, 2014.
