    "content": "On the issue of Level Five Hospitals, I would like to urge the Chairman that when we look at the next Budget, we consider these facilities. We have only eight Level Five Hospitals in the country. There are many counties, including Narok and Bomet Counties, which do not have Level Five Hospitals. Allocating the money to Level Five Hospitals alone means that only a few counties will benefit. We need to build more Level Five Hospitals, so that every county can have one such institution."
