    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is important to note that 50 per cent of these submissions were indeed received from Kenyans between the ages of 18 and 30, and I would like to specifically commend this group of young Kenyans for taking it upon themselves to embrace technology and to engage with the Government through Information Technology (IT) and social media, which I believe is the new frontier of public engagement. I would also like to encourage all Members of Parliament to also join these forums and other such platforms though which we can directly and constructively engage with all Kenyans in real time."
