    "content": "The livestock sector has been neglected so much and, as I finish, I want to applaud my friend hon. John Mbadi who came up with the amendments to the VAT Act. Instead of people talking about doing away with nominated Members and Women Representatives, please, talk about how to improve the tax collection in this country through other means. But it should not be through over-burdening the taxpayers of this country. You do not have to tell us to stop eating ugali because unga has become very expensive."
