    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the only other thing I want to add is that we have money lying idle at the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK). Can something be done about that? Can we have the Auditor-General audit the governors who are unable to use and allocate that money, so that we can be able to name them? This is because I know there is a tendency of some of them misusing the money. But we are told that there is money lying at CBK. I am pushing my governor to use the money. But I think it is time for us now as the Legislature to move with speed to compel some of the governors to use that money to spur economic growth in our respective counties. Hon.
