    "content": "As women who were elected in this country, it is unfortunate that we sit in a Parliament where we are considered as Members of Parliament, but we are discriminated against because we do not have a budget similar to that of our colleagues in this House to participate in development activities at the county level. That is the case and yet, our colleagues continue to add towards their budgets to ensure that they have funds to work within their constituencies.
