    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also support strongly the provision of Kshs5 million to each constituency for the completion of the economic stimulus programme projects. We have very many well-intentioned projects that were started, but which are still incomplete. Perhaps, they have remained incomplete because of the usual corruption. But this is a good opportunity for us to complete them, so that they can benefit our people as initially intended."
