    "content": "In the same way, we will go the Metro Bus Lahore System. Metro Bus Lahore again is a project that is done through the BOT system. This metro bus system is 38 kilometres long and if somebody does it for 15 to 20 years, our traffic will be decongested and we will go ahead. Mine is very simple. On the wage bill thing, somebody is going to bring a Bill of reducing the constituencies. We will deal with it at that time. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, you are from Nairobi and if we go back to the old constituencies, the whole of Embakasi had 570,000 registered voters. How can a Member of Parliament control 570,000 registered voters and somebody from Lamu has 13,000 and Ijara has 15,000 voters? I think that Motion is out of order. We have to discuss how we can deal with Nairobi. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I think as a Budget and Appropriations Committee member, a good job has been done by our Chairman and our Committee. We are open to criticism. We are listening to every Committee which appears before us. Please, we are working for this country. We are targeting more on industrial development and job creation and that is what my Chairman has been doing. Thank you very much, Chairman. I support this Motion. We are with you all the time."
