Members will understand why there is a cut-back because of all the issues we have raised about the capacity and the ability of the governors and the county governments to do what they are supposed to do. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, going forward, any savings or additional resources accruing from the scrutiny of the 2014/2015 Budget Estimates will be allocated to strategic areas that have exemplified the highest level of efficiency, and that should tell you something. We shall be monitoring what is happening on a fairly regular basis. Overall, rewarding efficiency and adherence to fiscal responsibility principles will be the cornerstone of expenditure re-orientation in the 2014/2015 Financial Year and the medium-term. I would like to thank hon. Members for their contribution. I wish to assure this House that we shall continue to work even harder to make sure that this country is looked after. We will make sure that we are equal to the responsibility that has been given to us as the Budget and Appropriations Committee.
