    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, this is a serious Bill. What is serious about it is that marriage is not a one day event - it is a life process. If we are going to make it pedestrian, that will not augur well for this country. Therefore, I strongly suggest that this House must debate this Bill when it is almost two thirds so that we do not pass pedestrian Bills here."
