"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I appreciate the concerns of the hon. Member. But the hon. Member will recall that we adjourned the meeting at that particular day so that we could summon the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the Treasury. It has been a major concern in the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure that the budgetary allocation to the Ministry was not enough. For that reason, we agreed that we had to summon the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and we did that. We met yesterday and he gave an undertaking that between now and the end of February, he is going to release Kshs15 billion that can cater for on-going projects. It is a crisis!"
