    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to thank the Chairman for the answer. However, I want to find out the policy of the Ministry. What comes first? I strongly feel that they should, first of all, have the money before they start working on the road. We have a similar example in the county which I come from. There is a road between Sigalagala and Sidindi. They worked on it for about four to five kilometers and stopped. Up to today, we do not know when they are going to resume work on the road. Therefore, I think the Chairman should tell us the policy of the Ministry in allocating work on a particular road, so that we can know when the road will be completed."
