    "content": "Some of the House resolutions are difficult to implement because of the way they are worded. I, therefore, wish to take this opportunity to request the Chairmen of various House Committees and the secretariats to ensure that resolutions that come to the Floor of the House for adoption or debate are SMART. Of course, “SMART” means that they should be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound. This will make it easy for the Committee to demand action and measure progress of implementation."
