    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish to thank the Chair. It has taken too long but finally, we have the response. However, this is my position. In view of all the happenings--- For example, as the Chair has said in his Statement, there are some fines that were payable to the Government. Therefore, those fines were not benefiting the victims. He has also said that there were investigations that were done, but were not successfully completed to sustain any prosecution."
