    "content": "Since that is the position of our Government on pyramid schemes, I wish this House could recommend or resolve that the Government sets aside some funds to pay those people, just like it has done to others, for example, the people who have lost animals and land. That is because those people have lost money and the Government, which was supposed to protect them, has failed to do anything."
