    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to seek a clarification. If I got the Chair right, little relief has come in the way of the victims. Apparently, the Government is stuck with this particular issue. It appears to be unable to deal with the issue. Has the relevant authority contemplated and/or brought any Bills to this House so that the National Assembly is able to legislate on a law that would help to curb that sort of crime in future? Do we have any proposals in terms of legislation that we can enact to deal with these issues and curb this crime in future?"
