    "content": "The Government needs to look into so many things and if you consult the engineers in this House, like hon. (Eng.) Gumbo and hon. (Eng.) Kiragu Chege, they will tell you that if a machine breaks down, you do not rush into looking at the parts you consider might have caused the break down. What you need is to conduct a proper diagnosis, so that you can identify what the real problem is and address it. In this country, the Jubilee Government needs to look at the real cause of the problems that we are facing today. Let us get to the root cause and not just deal with symptoms. We are only treating symptoms, but we are not going to the bottom to look at what actually is afflicting the economy of this country."
