    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rose on a point of order because it is the same issue I had raised earlier, about the importance of this Bill. If we get to the Third Reading, like they are requesting, most of the hon. Members here have been waiting to contribute to this Bill, which is very important to the lives of Kenyans and the whole country’s industries, especially construction and aviation. I would oppose any request by any hon. Member that the Mover be called upon to reply. We still have issues with this Bill. I will propose that we continue to the end; even if we are going to request for more time in the afternoon, I think that would be better. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
