Temporary Deputy Speaker, if you look at the mosquito nets, some of our people in far-flung areas of our country are still in big trouble with mosquitoes at night and many of our people die of malaria. If I was the one with the power here, I would say that things like mosquito nets should be provided for free by the Government as a way to help our people. But I think this is a very good step by hon. Ng’ongo to try and zero-rate mosquito nets."
