Upon the tabling of the reports of the Departmental Committees on the Estimates, the Committee of Supply will commence as per the provisions of Standing Orders No.153 to 155 and based on the Supply resolutions, the Minister for Finance will be required to introduce an Appropriations Bill in the House to give legal effect to those resolutions. 4. In view of the fact that the Appropriations Act for the incoming financial year will not have been enacted by the beginning of the next financial year, it is expected that the Minister for Finance shall move a Motion of Vote on Account pursuant to Article 222 of the Constitution and Standing Order No.155(7) on or before 26th June, 2011 5. The Finance Bill that will have been published following the Financial Statement shall be referred to the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade for consideration and necessary action.
