Letters addressed to the Clerk or the Speaker of the National Assembly of Kenya signed by personal assistants will not be treated as letters. Therefore, the letter purported to have been signed on behalf of Mr. K. Kilonzo by his personal assistant is rejected and it will be treated as not having been brought to this House. If you want your letter signed on behalf of yourself, please get a colleague. There are more than 200 Members of Parliament who are always available. Please, let it be signed by a Member of Parliament if you want the Clerk of the National Assembly to act on your letter. To that extent Mr. K. Kilonzo’s Question is dropped."
