Regarding the issue of corruption, it is good that the President has decided to start it today during the launch of the strategic plan. It is so important that we all, as a nation, agree that our problem is not the wage bill. Our problem is the inability to provide leadership in making sure that we seal the loopholes of corruption where we lose over Kshs300 billion every financial year.
