    "content": "Committee should visit a country called Turkey which has now broken to the trillion dollar economy, a country that has 12 operational ports, some run by the Government and some run by private enterprises. I dream a day when we will have a port in Shimoni, have the KPA in Mombasa, have a port in Takaungu, have a port in Lamu, have a port in Malindi then have railway lines running from each of those ports to the trunk line going to the western parts of the country up to Congo. When entrepreneurial colleagues like the distinguished Senator for Nakuru import their goods, they choose whether to go to Shimoni, Takaungu or Lamu and they will still get to the main gridline to them to where they want. You will increase efficiency and cut down on costs and have competition. Competition is good because it breeds the best. Then our economy will grow and grow.
