    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is very surprising that, after the Government paid those rates, soon after, the Commissioner of Land issued out letters of allotment to private individuals to the extent that, even after the Government had paid, the same land was allotted to private individuals, some of them who work at the Office of the President. I want to table a sample of the letters of allotment to those particular individuals, for whom the Government had used public funds to pay. Could the Assistant Minister explain how, after the Government had paid for public land, it ended up being allotted to private individuals?"
