    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am sure that everybody here is aware that in the last few years, the Deputy Vice Chancellor in the University of Nairobi was none other than my colleague, Prof. Kaimenyi. This is when this issue was raised. In fact, this is when this issue was applied. So, I am sure, like all the other Vice Chancellors, he was responsible for these decisions which have caused the universities to go into strike. I am glad that the University of Narok – Mara University – took its own decisions.
