They are disabling and distabilising everybody. If you look at the latest model of vehicles, they have been bought in the counties yet even the senior people here cannot afford to buy such vehicles. Some of the things that we have done, we need to look at them critically so that we do not even talk about the bloated wage bill. The wage bill is going to suffer as long as we do not monitor the expenditure of the money that is being allocated to the counties. This is destabilizing all the systems and all the structures that we had in the national Government. I support."
